Amanda Rundle has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including real property litigation, such as boundary disputes and easements, breach of contract, commercial disputes, evictions and personal injury. Ms. Rundle regularly appears in the Vermont Superior Court in the Civil Division, Environmental Division and the Probate Division. Amanda has also successfully argued several appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court.

Entering the legal arena, whether you are compelled to sue or you are being sued is often overwhelming, confusing and downright frightening. Do I have a good case? Is the law on my side? Will the judge or jury believe me? Will I win? What happens if I lose? How much will this cost me? These are all questions you may be asking yourself. Amanda will guide you through this unsettling process and forcefully protect your legal rights.

We are not a volume firm; rather, we keep our caseload low so that we can be available to our clients. Whether you need an attorney for legal advice or you require legal representation in court, our goal is to provide you with a cost effective strategy and counsel to address your specific needs.
